Join Our Circle: We're Growing!

The air at Bridges Social Development is buzzing with excitement and possibility. As we step into a future guided by our new 2024-2027 Strategic Plan, we are not just planning for the future; we are actively building it. A future that is Indigenous-led, youth-centered, and rooted in the deep-seated belief that every young person has the potential to be a powerful force for change.

Our vision is clear: a world where youth can show up, stand up, and be heard. To make this vision a reality, we are thrilled to announce that we are expanding our team. This is about welcoming new energy, new ideas, and new relationships into our circle. It’s about strengthening our ability to support youth in their journeys of self-discovery and community action.

We are currently seeking two passionate and dedicated individuals to join us in this vital work:

  • Administrator: The operational heart of our organization. This full-time, hybrid role, based in our downtown Calgary office at least three days a week, is crucial for ensuring our team can effectively empower Indigenous youth. Responsibilities include office and reception management, financial and HR administration, and IT support on platforms like Microsoft 365. The annual salary for this position is $50,000. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for creating operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
