Losar Tashi Dalek! 🎉
We are honoured to have been invited to partake in Sangsol and prayers at Chorten to commemorate Tibetan Losar! 🙏 We brought along four dancers from Siksika and two drummers/singers to join in the festivities and witness (what we believe to be) the first land acknowledgment done by the Tibetan community in Treaty 7🌟
We are so excited for the beginning of this relationship, working alongside Tenzin Topten to craft youth programs and intentional cross-cultural sharing for the Tibetan community. 💫
